At the centre of a ramp within the parking house, a colourful aluminium sculpture stands before a mural painted in layered mineral pigments. Together, they tell the story of Baubo, Demeter and Kore from Greek mythology—a journey of transformation, hope and despair, and the meeting of the old and the new. The work creates an expressive and sensual space that contrasts with the parking house’s austere functionalism. The mural also references the long history of graffiti that once adorned Masthugget’s harbour buildings, including Kommersen.
